East Villa

A landmark Victorian villa near London Fields, which had been owned by the same family for over 100 years, required a complete overhaul for its new owner. East Villa has been entirely transformed into a six bedroom luxury home. MH Costa’s work included creating a new basement entertainment space featuring a swimming pool, bar and cinema room, the construction of a bespoke staircase which was cut and constructed on-site, plus the unusual feature of a five-a-side Astroturf football pitch in the garden.
