Holland Park II

This project involved the full refurbishment and restoration of a Grade II listed property in Holland Park, combining specialist conservation with carefully integrated modern improvements. Works included the installation of a new main roof and the creation of two lead-clad loft dormers, alongside a new double-storey rear extension with a balcony seating area overlooking the garden. Original architectural features such as cornices, fireplaces and a historic service bell were sensitively restored, while existing floorboards were repaired and re-stained. The project also included new bespoke joinery throughout, a full mechanical and electrical installation, repairs to existing windows and the fabrication of new doors and windows in the MH Costa workshop. Externally, the rear garden was enhanced with the design and installation of a bespoke pond and hard landscaping.
