My refurbishment project was a demanding project with luxurious materials and much detail especially with regards to carpentry.

All the people involved in my project knew the work well and were familiar with the complexities involved; they were able to work without creating problems to the common area and other property owners in the building and without making mistakes that would result in delays and extra costs for me; they were able to anticipate problems and solve them in advance.

Complete full refurbishment of a luxury top floor apartment in this Victorian mansion block in the famous Portman Estate Conservation area.

Renowned architects Open Studio Architects selected us to carry out the works. Working closely with them we transformed this tired and dated apartment into a stunning luxury pied-a-terre. Upgrades included the installation of specialist soundproofing, venetian plaster, smart lighting and blinds, the highest specification fully appointed bespoke kitchen and cutting-edge audio-visual systems. Two elegantly styled bedrooms complete with luxury en-suite bathrooms complete the picture.

We also produced bespoke joinery pieces including a full joinery set cladded in a Black Limba Brazilian veneer, wardrobes with cedar and felt interiors and a ‘Stand-out' bespoke kitchen including a sliding solid stone countertop.
