This project involved the complete restoration and modernisation of a large family home, blending original features with contemporary functionality. The existing staircase was carefully revived as a central design element, while new Crittall glazing brought light and clarity to the interior layout. MH Costa’s in-house joinery team delivered bespoke cabinetry throughout, and a discreet smart home system was integrated to enhance day-to-day living. The result is a thoughtful and refined space, balancing heritage and modern comfort.
