The Boltons
The project involved the construction of a retrofitted basement beneath the footprint of the house, extending partially under both the front and rear gardens, along with the addition of rear and side single-storey extensions. The basement featured generous ceiling heights of approximately 3.2 metres, creating a spacious and luxurious environment. We crafted a bespoke staircase and kitchen, both incorporating brass panels with a bronze patination finish. All joinery and marble stonework were completed by MH Costa, ensuring the highest standards of craftsmanship and material quality. The works also included a major structural steel package, the installation of a full air conditioning system throughout the property, and new cornicing designed to match the original period detailing, preserving the architectural character of the house.
