This new-build project involved the demolition of the existing structure and construction of a contemporary family home, designed to accommodate modern living with generous open-plan spaces and refined architectural details.
Bespoke joinery by MH Costa features throughout, including a carefully crafted staircase with a solid oak tulip balustrade as a central design element. Externally, zinc and lead cladding provide a contemporary finish, complemented by a striking Viuva Lamego tiled feature wall. The home also incorporates smart lighting, full air conditioning, and distinctive glazed corner structures that bring light deep into the living areas-resulting in a bold, functional, and beautifully detailed space for family life.
